Did you pre-order an item? Sit back and relax. Our team is hard at work! You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your item is on its way to you.

You must enter an email address at checkout to receive a confirmation. If you entered your email, please check your spam folder.

No, orders can either be shipped or picked up at The Pickle Jar (downtown Portland). If you selected pick up, you will receive a confirmation when your order is ready.

Orders may take 5-7 business to ship. Note: If you pre-ordered an item, please refer to the product pages for a more specific shipping timeline.

US orders are mailed via USPS. Packages may take 5-7 business days to arrive. Please check your shipping confirmation for more details. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hotdogs@portlandpicklesbaseball.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You are responsible for paying for return postage.
